| I have had a problem now with tenants who have broken the lease agreement by keeping a pet on the premises when the lease did not state for them to have a pet also now they are three weeks behind with the rent and now are faced with eviction for those landlords who have quality properties does the agent always know who are the best tenants as these one now have proven to be bad ones, also is it better to have a six month lease or long 12 month lease and what rights does the landlord have in regard to all of the above mentioned |
