Post subject: How do I break into the property management software market?

In the United States I work for a company that develops Property Management and Accounting software. How would we go about expanding into foreign markets?
I hope this is not considered advertising. This is an honest question on how to go about expanding. I could not think of where else to go to answer this question.
Any advice would be helpful.

| you need to contact overseas agents . explain them benefits of your products give them free trials . thats how you can get clients for it good luck |

Use a third party agent / seller....in australia youmay want to contact some one like manacom...they sell all sorts of software on behalf of other publishers.
